What is American Wagyu?
'Wagyu' refers to all Japanese Beef Cattle, 'Wa' means Japanese and 'gyu' means cow. American Wagyu means that we breed our Full-Blood Wagyu Bulls to Wagyu Cross and Angus Cows.
